i chopped a fuel injection manifold and made adapter plates to take the Honda S800 carbs i have tongue.gif , the S800 also came with a set of Keihin racing flat slides. as i am fitting a S2000 engine into the S800 (with Webber 45 dcoe's wink.gif ) i have these carbs spare

so some gratutious pictures biggrin.gif

story so far

take 1 manifold

and a set of carbs

make template

to make these

to weld to this

to end up like this

then port

still got more to do to the manifold but they should work well, whichever set of carbs i may go for. or possibly stick them in the cupboard for future use

Awesome!

Lots of folks in that thread saying to keep the stock engine in it, but I say go for the mod. smile.gif

Sometimes you just need to step outside the safe-zone.

That's a really interesting swap, very cool. Leno's is pretty sweet (sound and looks) but your's will be just as sweet (if not sweeter) because it'll still have the looks and sound awesome, plus it will be insane quick.

Keep it up the work!

man, that is some great looking fabrication....kinda sad,but he does have a point, two cylindar's are slooooooowwwwww.
oh yeah, faster AND furious..Heh Heh Heh

better to be thought the fool..
rather then to open one's mouth and confirm it

use may include risk factors these include;anal leakage, oily discharge, copious flatulence, bloating, incontinence, erectile dysfunction, body rejecting genitals,a racing or severely diminished heart rate/including death. discontinue use if health insurance ends,or patient turns blue and doctor leaves after declaring patient has died...your results may vary
